MANSION BLOCK REFURBISHMENT

These impressive Edwardian mansion blocks on Hampstead Heath date back to 1906 and 1910 and retain many of their original features. We carried out a full internal refurbishment of the common areas in both blocks, including painting, redecorating and restoring joinery and period features. Later, we were awarded the contract to refurbish the entire external elevations of both blocks, (116,000 sq.ft.) back to back with extensive refurbishment of all internal common staircases, hallways, light-wells etc.
