NEW BUILD, FIVE STOREY OFFICE BLOCK

This project included the demolition and retention of the front façade of the Union Hall and the construction of a highly specified office building in contemporary style behind the existing façade on an extremely confined site. The design adopted a concrete piled foundation, in-situ concrete frame with a curtain walling system. A BREEAM classification has been achieved indicating that the environmental aspects have been at the forefront of the building’s design and construction.
